2025 RNS Conference
The 2025 Recreation Nova Scotia Conference was held October 21–24 at the Holiday Inn in Sydney, NS. The theme, Rooted in Relationships: Celebration, Community, & Connection Through Recreation, was developed through collaboration between RNS staff and the regional host planning committee. It reflects the recognition that connection—both at the conference and in the daily work of recreation professionals—is a core value and driving force. Celebration, community, and connection were central themes throughout the three days of presentations and events.
